The guys who made this video were immediately fired from their jobs as produce clerks at the A&P they worked at. Now the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P for short) has announced that they are suing them for one million dollars. Seriously, wasn't it enough to just fire them if you thought the video was in bad taste or against store

A million dollars?! What the hell?! Talk about a frivolous lawsuit.....those guys will never be able to pay anything near that. And honestly, there must have been other people around when they made this? Surely some kind of store management was around somewhere? I mean, they couldn't have done this in total isolation.

What a crock. If there was an A&P near me, I'd stop shopping there, too.

They had their supervisors permission, it was really late at night when no customers were in the store and they used all their own produce. A&P claims they have lost at least a million dollars of produce business since they posted this on youtube and their website. They also claim that you can tell it is A&P because they use their circular, which they don't, it is a ShopRite circular. I wrote to A&P and told them I wouldn't shop there again until all legal action was stopped.

Wow, I can't believe they would sue them over this. It's not that horrible.
