its a newfoundglory song. you shouldn't do that, it does make it hard to be happy. the songs talking about not doing it anymore, and thats the hard part. after doing it for so long its hard to remember how not to anymore.

it really is, ive been putting up a front for as long as i can remember. and now, as im becoming better friends with people and having more serious relationships, it just so difficult to try and open up. thanks for helping me though.
