Yeah, it's a bit delayed. I swear that I've been meaning to post forever. The trip was amazing, the weather was perfect, and the city was both accommodating and beautiful. I walked all over everywhere. The city itself was surprisingly open and convenient. Maybe that isn't so surprising but after being in a city here that makes it tough to get

It's funny that some of your reaction to Portland is how I've reacted to Raleigh.

Just yesterday, I was flying close to Wong's King on Division, on my way to visit the tofu factory. The city was all, "jeez, where did Smart Chris go? I miss him." [That's right; the city has decided to prefix an adjective to your name. Unusual, but not inaccurate.]

He'll be back, I reassured it. And besides, you didn't even know there existed a Chris a few short weeks ago. Stop being such a whiner. Hold yourself together. Jeezus.

So there you have it. The attraction between you and the city itself is mutual. You should come back. If only for my safety while driving.

The longer you stay away, the more men I will talk into buying skinny jeans and/or unitards. You're only hurting yourself here.

Hmm Smart Chris huh? I suppose the city could have come up with a few more adjectives that aren't entirely inaccurate considering the fun I had while out there.

Could you actually film you asking people to wear skinny jeans as well? I am convinced you can do it as quickly and easily as you talked the bartender out of handing over a concert poster (thanks again by the way, it's wonderful). I just think it would be entertaining for everyone to watch.
