Absence explained?
I've been trying to decide if and how much LJ I should be using lately. It's a combo of busy and a bit of annoyance with the problems they've had the last couple months. Seems to have finally cleared though, and because I read the friends list every day, I figured I better post. So here is an update.
First off, things with Drew are going very well. So well in fact that I did something I never thought I would do. I gave him this.
He seemed pretty happy with it. We have tentatively scheduled a small commitment type ceremony in April of next year.
Next up was a quick camping trip for my birthday. Just a couple days with a fire and sleeping in the tent. It was a great time and something Drew hasn't done in a long time.
and of course marshmallows.
Finally I guess just the normal life here. Working from home full time keeps me sane. It is nice to have that quiet to focus on your job without the interruptions.
Anyhow. I will get a bit more regular on here. I always have things I would like to post about and it is about time I do it.
