Cielo paced about in the apartment he shared with his fellow Embryon. They weren't in at the moment, which led to Cielo being both extremely bored and left in charge. It was a wonder that they'd leave him alone, seeing that it didn't go so well the time they did in the Junkyard. Ah, well

*There's the sound of feet on the metal of the fire escape, then the sound of the window sliding open laboriously. Gale steps through, a little awkwardly given his height. He's carrying some rolled-up bamboo mats and a pair of wood staves -- the sort used for sparring. He crosses the room and props all of the items in an empty corner. He passes Cielo on the couch, as he walks into the kitchen to pour himself a glass of water. He doesn't bother looking at his comrade when he speaks.*

Bored, I see?

The boy blinked as Gale entered through the window. He meandered on over to the bamboo mats and staves, poking at them curiously. A little yelp came from him as the wooden staves fell over, and he jumped back.

"Eep! Ja, I'm bored, brudda. Where do you guys go when you leave de apartment? And why are you comin' in trough de window? I thought dat doors were supposed to be entered and exited trough... unless everyone else has been wrong and we jus' don' know it."

[gale_force]

*He approaches, and rights the wooden staff, securing it a little better.* Vic and I were on the roof, sparring. I was collecting some of the equipment she left behind.

*He waves a hand to the window.* As to the unusual means of exit and entry, the fire escape was the most convenient means of reaching the roof.

And you? You have exhausted all possible activities within the Nexus? I find this hard to believe. However, if such is the case, perhaps you would like to help me do some cleaning around the apartment? The windows could be cleaned, the blinds dusted...*Gale continues rattling off a list of chores.*

Cielo blinked a few times, and then started shaking his head. He raised his hands in a defensive manner and took a few steps back. "No way, mon! Uh-uh, bro! You know dat I'm not into dat cleanin' stuff, I jus' make more of a mess than was already dere!"

Oh, Cielo. He'd say anything to get out of doing chores.

A sort of suprised yell can be heard from outside the window, and soon enough a slightly more than jittery Duo tthrows himself inside, covering his head with his hands like he's expecting the apocylpse right then and now. When nothing happens for several seconds, he calms and sits up slowly, finally looking around the place.
"...No explosion...Woot!" He throws his arms into the air. "Escaped again!" He spots Cielo on the couch and stares for a second. "...Hey!!"

"Dahhh!" Cielo cried out, pointing at Duo. "Ey brudda! Why're you usin' de window? Dere's a door right over dere!" And he pointed to the door, which was right next to the open coat closet weapons cache.

"Dude! I didn't know this was your place...Sides, don't you -lock- you doors?" He glanced back at the window, before quickly shutting it and standing up, dusting himself off. "Normal people lock their doors." He affirmed with a nod.

"But I do lock de doors! After what happened back in de Junkyard, I always do." He gave Duo a bit of a pouty face. "I would'a let you in, bro."

*Unlike everyone else who was entering the apartment at the same time, Roland came in through the unlocked front door. He catches sight of everyone who happens to be there, shrugs his shoulders and walks over to the 'closet'. Roland was really only here for his shotgun, which he was storing here until he needed it.*

"...Okay, I guess I forgot to lock de door dat time. But still!" He said to his long-haired friend, and then turned to Roland. "Yo, Roland! Whatchoo need your shotgun for? Stay an' have some candy, ja?"

Yes...You forgot to lock the door Cielo. *Roland doesn't look up at Cielo when he speaks. Instead his attention is still driven towards his shotgun, which he takes up is his hands.*

Hmm...I need it for something. *Roland turns to look at the dreadlocked boy finally.*

Stay? Do you need me here for something Cielo?

"Whoa, bro, you look way serious." Cielo said with a concerned look. "An'... I don't need you for anytin', but it'd be nice if you stayed for a little, ja? If you're not in no hurry or nuttin'..."
