It says - "Department of Inernal Medicine, Bnai Zion Medical Center, Haifa, Israel." :)

yeah, well first of all there was a previous case study at an American university. Assuming that they came across this finding independently, I still wonder what chain of events could lead to the discovery. Anal probes?
