Last night I came into
your room, watched over you,
I cut all off our ties,
All I could think to my self was,
How could you be so faithless?
Gabe gently opens the door to his and William's room. His heart wrenching at the thought of everything being a lie, everything that him and William are is a lie. That this is just another step in the younger’s life and Gabe is nothing more then support for the time being.
Making his way cautiously towards their bed, and sitting beside the sleeping frame of his boyfriend. Gabe looks at William as if trying to read some hidden message. Seeing if he can read what lies he has hidden.
Gabe knows he has secrets, and he knows they weren’t innocent. He also knows that spending another night worrying about who William could love more then him was not going to do him any good.
Gabe laid down, clothes and all. Not taking his eyes of William for a moment.
Finally surrendering to sleep after tiring himself out, being torn between restraining tears and restraining anger. Even in his sleep he was tormented from images of William with someone else then coming home and fucking him.
Now it just made him sick.
Today when I came to,
I woke up next to you,

When Gabe woke, his eyes and stomach ached. Then his heart when he sees William staring at him.
"Are you lost?" William asked, seeming to be concerned.
"Considering this is my apartment. No." Gabe replies blankly.
"That's not what I mean Gabe. I mean... you just seem so. Lost lately." William says back shifting closer and plays with Gabe's curls.
"I know exactly where I am." Is all Gabe says before getting up and leaving, Not wanting William to see the tears that are in his eyes fall. He doesn't want William to know he knows. Because he knows they will be just fine. Even though it's all a lie. They are all a lie.
And when it all falls through,

After five minutes of being locked in the bathroom, Gabe dries his eyes and has a shower.
Gabe knows that even though inside he is falling apart, he needs to keep it together for everyone else. Especially William. Because even though this is all his fault, he wants whatever time they had left to be as smooth as possible, and just accept it when William tells him and leaves.
William may not love Gabe like he says he does. But Gabe will never be able to let go of William. Even if he didn't really have him at all.

That afternoon, Gabe arrives home to find the door already unlocked and slightly open. He swallows hard making his way down the hall to his and William's room where the door is also ajar.
He walks slowly down the hall. The sounds from the room seeming so much louder in his head then they actually are. Once he reaches the door, he pauses only for a moment, not quite ready to see the love of his life betraying him.
Gabe slowly pushed the door forward, his heart beating almost as hard as it did when he met William.
Gabe just stands their for a moment watching. Not wanting to admit he was right for once. Now that it came down to it, he wanted to be shocked and hurt because of this. He wanted to be angry and break things, not just accept it and leave because it was the best thing for William. But even as Gabe lets out a long breath he didn't know he was holding, and backs out of the room, He knows that once everything has been sorted, that, either they will break up and separate or everything will be 'just fine', William will be his every thought. He will still love William as much as he always has.

As soon as the door is closed, Gabe doesn't try to hide the tears that are streaming from his hurt filled eyes, seeming so be flowing from his shattered heart that still beats. But only for William.
As he makes his way down the hall to grab his coat and leave, he hears William scrambling and yelling at the other person. Gabe doesn't try to listen though. The screaming is followed by hasty foot steps towards the door.
"GABE WAIT!" William calls out from the hall, dressed only in his boxers. "I can explain." Gabe stops mid way grabbing his hoodie off the back of the couch. How.fucking.cliche.
"I'm sure you can. But by the looks of it he isn't helping with your 'back problem'." Gabe says before walking back over William and leans down to kiss his cheek. "I'm going now." Gabe turns to leave again.
"But I don't want you to g---" William tries to say.
"DON'T! Don't say you don't want me to go. Because you and I both know if you do, Then I won't. I would do anything for you. And the really sad part is. I still will. So please don't, because I need to go." Gabe says right before Shutting the door and walking away.
Williams breath picks up and his eyes being to sting, he knows he is losing Gabe right now. He knows once Gabe gets out side, any hope he has of their relationship being restored is gone. Rushing forward and tearing the door open, William moves as fast as his leg will carry him, down the hall and around the corner to the lift where Gabe is just about to get in.
"Gabe!" William calls out. Gabe just looks up but continues to enter the elevator. "Wait! please!" William runs, and reaches the doors just before they close, Using both of his hand to stop the doors, that then re open. As soon as there is enough room for William to enter, he does, not caring about the old people who are looking at them weird. He throws himself on Gabe and holds him as close as possible.
"William I told you. I need to leave. Don't do this to me." Gabe tries to reason, but William just pulls back tears filling his eyes, and slipping down his face.
"I'm not telling you to stay Gabe, I'm asking you. Please. Go if you have to but.... I do love you. I just, I, I can't be with out you. Gabe, please."
"But I'm just not enough for you?" Gabe asked looking down, still not reacting to William's arms that are still around him.
"No, that's not true, your all I need. I just... I wanted to know what it's like, to you know, be with... s-s-someone else." Williams voice beings to falter, realizing how much of a fool he has really been.
" What? you wanted to know what it was like with someone else? Well how many times do you need to do it to know?... and why? to see if their is something better out there? William. I love you too.... Everything will be fine.... Just...." Gabe lets out another sigh, he can feel William’s tears dampening his shoulder. Hugging the younger back, Gabe starts to cry himself. "How can you be so faithless?"
