My Godmother's mother died.
We went over to her house, and there was her mother, knees on the floor, bent over the couch.

Hm. It's one thing to read morbid books describing odd deaths, and looking at slides of dead people at the UW...it's completely different when your friend is describing it. Odd experience for the reader.
