When it Rains, it floods

Okay last weekend kim and I noticed a mildewy smell in the house and then lo and behold we had wet carpet and pad.  Water had come into our domicile  during the last monsoon 2 weeks ago.  So we had Rainbow Carpet Cleaners in with 3 fans and a de-humidifier.  The carpet dried out and yesterday the guys picked up the equipment
