Smoking, swearing, and a return to the internet. Well, while your willpower remains at an ebb, allow me to offer myself in...whatever capacity or state of undress you might need.
Well, boychik, pardon me, but usual for you could be anywhere from your standard ménage à trois relationship to you having decided to start a People's Glorious Revolution to the revelation you're now engaged to David Bowie.
And yes, you can get it via prescription at higher doses that are tapered down over time so that withdraw is more manageable and you are less likely to go back to smoking.
Unless it's an oral fixation sort of thing or something to do with your hands thing or a boredom thing and not really about the nicotine addiction. Then you sort of need to retrain yourself to break the repetitive habit. Some people snap a rubber band on their wrists, some suck on lollipops.
Mmm, I'll look into it. It is.... so frustrating, though. I was nearly there, you know? Down to about one or two cigarettes a day, and then Dad fell, and now.... *a sigh and a shrug*
I think it's just the nicotine, really. But I'll watch myself and see which it is.

Ahh, Alan, it isn't a question of willpower, you know.

No? Please don't tell me it's a question of principle.

And do they have one that can deliver the equivalent of a pack of nicotine a day?
