Selling your house is a big step---are you gonna build a new one?

I won't be building a new one, just looking for a home in this area...it would be too tramatic for my high schooler to change schools or so I've been informed. It's good that you and Bailey are embracing each day...but with a burst of sunshine like that in your life it would be hard not to.
