I had a really good audition for the conductor of the MN Chorale today. Like the first conductor, she said she couldn't do much for me now, but encouraged me to audition in the spring. She said there are about 50 sopranos on contract and there's not much turnover so it will likely be tough to get in. However, she does get calls from church choir

Hey girlie, glad things are going well. Starbucks will provide health insurance if you work 20 hours. Hope you find something, anyhow. :) Happy new year!

Yeah, somehow I just don't see myself working for Starbucks. B&N also offers insurance for part-timers.
