Thanks the point wasnt complaining about not still being in touch the point was to get everything out cos i had reach the lowest point in my life, physically writing it somewhere helped that. i know communication is a two way street so i am definatly not complaining about not have great contact, thats my own fault.

Im back for a week soon but i think its guna be pretty packed with "family time" but if i get an evening free or something catching up would be awesome
