You can legally scorn your boss in two ways:

1) most difficult - form a union with UFCW, and negotiate a contract that says that you get paid double time and a half on holidays

OR

2) easiest - call L&I all the time, and make frequent complaints about violations of labor law (check http://www.lni.wa.gov/), and get paid for those two hours they didn't pay you for two weeks ago.

L&I is the way to go! I did that all the time last year. Just program the number in your phone. :) Ashley
