Different location, same situation

So, Becca moved from one city that is five hours away to another city that is five hours away. Do I want to visit and hang out? Sure. Do we have schedules that don't like to cooperate? Yes. Do I have any idea what I want to do when we do hang out? ..... Well, crap. What is the point of visiting a friend if you have no idea what to do except

Nah, you're not alone in that boat. There's nothing wrong with hanging for the sake of hanging, but people have less time (or may have convinced themselves they don't) to go around and are more sensitive to how it's spent.

Hopefully I never get there.
