These devices we've been given are bothersome, aren't they.

The marks must mean ownership, I can't think of any other reason that we would have them. [ She is speaking from personal experience, of course, so obviously everyone must do things the same way as back home. ] I don't think we'll get a response from the Twelve for some time. The one who spoke earlier said he was tired, and that's apparently why there's no sunlight here. [ Is that a tongue click of disapproval? ]

Extremely. [ a sigh. but she's glad someone agrees that these stupid devices are nothing more than an annoyance. ]

Of course. The markings we've been given match their signature as well, so there's hardly any room to argue their significance. [ rin speaks from personal experience as well... though objectively she feels the same way. ] I read that as well. How long exactly do the Tweleve need to rest, anyway? For all we know they could plan to take days before their next announcement.

I do not understand why a group with as much magical power as the Twelve is relying on human technology to communicate with us. I don't find it better at all!

Yes, I, er... I noticed that too. [ No she didn't. ] As for that, I don't know. There are still people coming in the city, so I find it hard to believe that they are resting. Perhaps it was just the one who spoke who needs rest, and he's the one in charge of the lights...? [ She sounds unsure, though, but it was worth a thought. ]

If that's the case, then they need to hurry up. How long do they need to rest, anyway? From what I've gathered, the longest anyone has been here so far has been two days total--both without sunlight.

While it would be ideal to receive our orders quickly, I am willing to wait as long as it is necessary. But, yes, the lack of sunlight makes doing some tasks a little difficult. [ Like opening doors. And finding your apartment in the first place. And going outside. ]

I do not think they're really hearing the complaints of the others. They must not have time for that. [ Not that Lucifer blames them, she wouldn't want to listen to a bunch of ungrateful humans whining to go home. ]

Of course. That is why I was summoned here. I am not sure why the Twelve summoned humans when it seems like furniture would have sufficed, but there must be some other purpose you all serve.
