but now that he mentions it, it certainly does look like it could be archer's arm, and it would be a suitable explanation... (um, well, at least in a purely "if this was all possible" sense.)

[ she does understand what it means to have a servants arm, but it isn't something one really thinks about... ever. transplanting a limb is one thing difficult to manage (though since archer is shirou emiya himself... it worked?) but to transplant a servant's arm onto a sub-par magus is unheard of.
but all that aside, this still doesn't make sense. ]
By claiming that Archer sacrificed his arm for you to stay alive, you're also implying Archer did not make it through the end of the war.
