I see. I must admit that I am slightly envious for the chance to remain among friends - not that I could ever wish this upon them - but all the same I wish you the best in your efforts. It might be difficult to progress with a casual relationship already in existence, but if all else fails, at least you would know you could trust them.

It's no trouble. That person would not want me to dwell upon their demise as something to be traumatized over. He was true to himself until the end. I did not realize what a magnanimous person he was until the time was too late but even now, I hope that I can somehow honor his spirit and his desire for peace.

[ whoops well. homo feelings, what can he say. actually, as romantic in nature as it might sound, Tieria hardly sees it as such. it's kind of misleading but you tend to develop strong feelings for a person that more or less gives their life for you. ]

I truly hope you are right. Knowing him changed me and I believe, or I would like to, that he is proud of that.
