Really. You sound like you'd know a lot about the matter.

Aha maybe? Sounds like you know a lot about that too if you can say that I sound like I know what I'm talking about. [ ok he's a nice guy but that doesn't mean he's entirely without a spine ]

I uh accept your gracious figurative applause. Although let's forget I did that. Not a proud moment in the long and storied history of Chuck Bartowski.

hmm... can we assume she was on audio the whole time >_<; hasairfriends November 19 2011, 12:46:46 UTC
Then, Chuck Bartowski, I suppose I should at least leave you with a name as well - Yozora.

of course! no worries versused November 19 2011, 12:51:23 UTC
Uh well you don't have to! If you'd like to keep up the whole aura of superior mysteriousness. It's nice to meet you Yozora. Even if the circumstances are uh. Horrible.

Ah, so you've already learned of the true nature of the place. That was quick.

Yeah I mean I did suspect it was something pretty bad? Because you know, no one kidnaps you to a tropical paradise like. Out of caring and concern for your well-being you know. But I didn't expect... [ coughing ]

whoop; thanks! hasairfriends November 19 2011, 13:01:03 UTC
Oh? Haven't you ever been caught in the situation where your rich friend abducts you from your normal living life so he could send you to a beautiful island paradise so you could relax for once in a few years?

Then again I suppose if it was forced you might not really enjoy yourself very much anyway.

[completely skipping the last bit yup.]

No, I can't say that I've got very many well-meaning kidnappers in my circle of friends.

...although relaxing would be nice. It's just that I'm not inclined to buy into the whole island paradise things. There's always some dark secret or serial killer or whatever or Leonardo diCaprio at the heart of things.

... [eyebrow raise-- that he can't seen anyway, since this is audio; that sounds horribly suspicious... But she'll let it slide for now; there's probably plenty of time for her to screw around with him some other time.]

Oh, I see. Chuck, right? I'm sure I'll be seeing a lot more of you in the near future.
