Has anyone else been getting these little papers? They're like half written riddles, but I'm not sure what they mean.

Perhaps you have to find someone who was marked in a different way, perhaps prior to coming here? Your riddle seems to imply you are to look for someone, and making a mention of their mark reaching bone makes it sound as if you should be searching for something distinct. I don't suppose you know anyone like this?

My... such vague clues... Is that an idiom or an expression where you are from? I myself do not recognize it so my interpretation might not be the best to go by.
