It would be unwise of us not to be familiar with our surroundings. While I will admit some people here do seem unruly, for the most part I don't think anyone would be opposed to some means of familiarizing everyone with the land. It doesn't seem dangerous in the immediate area up to the temple, but one can never be too careful.
