[ the camera streams a feed abruptly of tony in more casual wear, though what of the damage that can be seen around his t-shirt is unmistakable, little healing cuts from shrapnel littering his arms and face and a black creeping burn curling out from under the collar. it looks better than it did earlier and he can only attribute that to the gods.

i suppose you could liken them to animals?
i find that pokemon are generally more advanced than animals i have encountered here however.
pokemon are extremely intelligent and capable of complex thought and emotions
just like humans.
prior to coming to zodion i was able to understand them.

we are very close.
pkmn are also incapable of human speech but you'd be surprised how easy it is to understand them.
