mistletoe smoochin' open log. go wild. let us know if anything gets too adult. or take your dirty diddlin' to a locked post. otherwise, this will remain public.
[Well hello, lovelies~! This lil' vampire girl will either be finishing her shift at the flower shop, or else you can find her walking around the Earth district, bundled up warmly.
[Out and about, he spots Yuuki a short distance away just as she leaves the florist. The small bag he has with him is tucked away (a little something for her, maybe ♥) as both hands slip into the deep-set pockets of his long coat, before he heads over to her.
Although aware of the mischievous little plant showing up at random around Zodion, with her, he's hardly bothered.]
[He nods, keeping her close. As familiar as this weather is, there's such a difference in scenery (even atmosphere) compared to home.]
Yeah. It feels like it'll snow soon, too.
[He begins walking again, and the comment is a touch softer in tone. Somber, perhaps, around the edges, although the reasons go unspoken. Obvious between the two of them.]
[Briefly glances away. It'll be different, nostalgic to be able to be with him again. Spending Yuuki with hers, too, though, only leads him to eventually recall where there are.
...Not that it flusters him, exactly, but there might be a little awkwardness there. He glances back to her, hoping to lift her mood again, even if with a bit of a tease.]
... [She looks, justifiably, embarrassed.] Some of those things- You've heard them, right? I mean the things those deities suggest. [>///< Some of the things people have mentioned on the network are beyond even here.]
Yeah. [She definitely has a point, but-] You know none of it's forced, though, right? [Okay, maybe he does feel a little embarrassed, too. In spite of all they've experienced together, now, in this place. A bit softer.] ...and, you know I'd never subject you to anything you wouldn't be comfortable with...
[Her cheeks burn a little brighter.] I know that. [Gosh, he has her feeling flustered, thinking about the subject while out and about like this, though.]
Of course you wouldn't. I know you better than that.
[...Which makes her look awfully cute. Amused.] Consider it a little reassurance, then.
[Although, in truth, and to some degree, he'd do just about anything she might ask. Anything that she thinks will make her feel good... It's neither the time nor place, leaving him keeping any further thoughts to himself.
It's just about then when he realizes that they're near the front of a small café, an appropriate destination without even paying a whole lot of attention to where they feet led them.
Smiling a bit to her (teasing, again), one of his hands lifts from a pocket, to softly cup her flushed cheek.]
You seem to be warming yourself up on your own, but if you'd like, we can still go in.
[A light chuckle as he follows her in, a small bell above the door chiming as it closes behind him.
Spotting an empty table for two towards the back window, he glances to her and gestures the way.]
There's an opening back there, Yuuki.
[The small café is bustling with both natives and others, and quite done up for the winter season. Parallel to the front counter, there's a small fire going in the fireplace.]
It looks like the tables have menus, too, unless you'd rather order up front?
[While he forgoes pointing out the fact that there's a display case up front. :') He takes a seat once she does, and picks up the menu to glance through the selection. The prices aren't too bad, at least, but still, better safe than sorry: ]
Don't go too crazy, Yuuki. [a beat or two] That includes no sampling each parfait flavor. One or two items and some tea or cocoa, if you want, should be more than enough for right now.
Stop and run into her?]

Your shift just ending now?

Hey. Were you waiting for me?
[Turning toward him she walks in his direction.]
I might pick up another shift latter, though, just to help out. Things have been busy lately.

[The fact that she's so willing to do more work isn't very characteristic of her, so it's kind of nice to know.]
How much later? We could go some place warmer, until then, if you want.

It's not for about another hour and a half, so I'd like that. It's gotten more and more chilly, of late.

I guess that means my false birthday is around the corner.

Mine and Ichiru's, too.

...Although, birthdays are a little weird, here.

L-Lets just go inside!
[Turning on her heel she marches in...before relenting into a smile, her back still turned on him. Really - he likes teasing her, doesn't he.]

I like looking at the pictures in the menu. It helps me decide what I want.
