ABNA: Second Round

I got cut out at the quarter-final stage of the novel contest. It's O.K. Now I'm free to take this novel to the Writer's Institute next month, during which I'm scheduled to give an 8-minute pitch to an agent. Fortunately I'll get to attend a "pitch practice session" a couple of days before my 8-minute slot comes up, so I can at least see how some other people do it.
