Well since its been so long that i updated this thing i figured i might as well do it now. I havent been up to much really besides work and more work. So since everythings been about work.. i'll start with the little bit of news we got AT work on friday. The hospital i work at has two sites, the General site which is where i work and the Branson

that's good about the car. except it sucks about how much insurance you will be stuck paying. jason would've been stuck paying that much too in ontario but here it's almost $2,000 cheaper because they have a different system.

i think it's good that you will be able to do different stuff with your job because it might get boring eventually and this way you'll have a change of scenery (other hospital) and different functions, not to mention better hours. but you can always try that out and see if you like it. did you sign a contract with them? because if you did, read it and see because there might be some stuff that says you are obligated to work at two sites and they ask you to, or maybe there is something that says you have a right to say no. if you are unionized, this would be in your collective agreement so tell the people that want to quit to look into it further before doing so. but if you tell me what your collective agreement is (if you have one), i can look it up for you.

nah we dont have a union, and theres nothign in the contract that says anything about working at the two sitesor NOT working at the two sites...

as for the car the insurance will be abount 3000a year my dad already called the insurance guy and asked him about it.so its pretty high but considering its my first car and the first time i'm insured and i am in toronto i guess its not too bad it will go down when i hit 25 anyways so its all cool.

hmm..that's weird that you have no union, i thought most hospital workers did...well if it says nothing in your contract about working at a different site, then you have a right to refuse. the only thing is, it might cause some trouble and your right to refusal isn't backed up by a union. so just find out more...but keep my posted

well i'm gonna make it a point to try but i cant promise you anything if i go up on the long weekend i may get a chance to but if i go up on the weekend of the 13th i really doubt it, cuz i'd have to go to my parents on the saturday then its mels wedding shower on the sunday....but shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh she doesn't know lol
