Oh I feel that.
And the disappointment. Christ. it never stops being crushing.
You will feel the caring in your gut when you least expect it, and it'll wash over you and through you...sometimes you can defer feeling certain things because you're in a place where it's not safe to feel them.
The housa people in Nima would say somethign that sounded like "Sandayeen" for hello- if you're coming in out of the sun, and the people in the shade say "Sandooka-day, Sandez-wah".
This post made me feel a rush of things forgotten, and difficult things.
