Updates? Updates!?
So here I am! I'm not even sure if anyone reads this or anything, but hi everybody! I wasn't here for a while and I've just been lazy all summer. Anyways, here's my updates:
-It was my 14th birthday on Saturday! Super dooper. I'm not having cake until my dad gets back from driving my brother to college (we'll get to that in a bit), but I'm going to have an ice cream cake. Mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate cake. I'm such a kid:P
-School starts on Thursday. Well, it's really Frosh orientation, but we have to wear our uniforms and go to classes and stuff still. I'm looking forward to going back to school! I'm been waayy too lazy this summer.
-I'm probably going to the fair TWICE this week, which will be cool. More opertunities to ride The Zipper, right? Right. It'll be me and one friend and her family the first day, and then just me and a bunch of friends and guys from our school's brother school. And that'll just be a fun way to start the school year and to celebrate at the end of the week.
-My brother left for college on Saturday! I was surprisingly really sad, and I cried. But now I'm starting to see the good out of it. It's much quieter around here, which is kind of nice. He's in Chicago, which is MONDO far from where I live. He just go a MacBook Pro, though, so he can iChat us and everything will be peachy.
Back to my brother and everything, my mom and I cleaned his room and I found a lot of stuff from when we were little and kind of got along! It was so cool because it waws stuff I thought was lost forever. It made me a little more sad, but I ust hpoe we can kind of be friends now that we don't live together.
And that's about it, I guess. I think I covered everything. I'm sorry that I haven't posted any fic or anything, yet. I'm just in a creative writing rut. But I have Writing 1 first term, so hopefully then I'll get the creative juices flowing!
