My little MacBook won't wake up! So sad! I've tried resetting his pram and rebooting from startup disk but no luck. I have an appt with a genius bar on Friday but from what I've read on the net, it doesn't look good. No booting + clicking hard drive = bad.

I've still got my iPad and I can use my old comp (from 2004 no joke) but posting to tw

Thank you, bb! My sister has an older comp that she's loaned me.... and I have to ensure the cache is SPOTLESSLY CLEAN when I am done reading, lol! Can't leave any links lying about! I'm so paranoid.

Oh god, I know just what you mean. Whenever I use a computer that's not mine, I delete the history and clear the cache. But it's great of your sister to loan you her old computer!

Guess what? I took him to the Mac genius bar and they were able to fix him. For free! He got completely wiped and I am restoring him from my time capsule backup but by tomorrow he should be working again! I'm so happy!
