I think the biggest problem is I'm busting my ass off counting calories and spending 3~4 hours a day in the gym, but I have seen absolutely no results. In fact, the only time I ever see substantial results is when I basically starve myself. It's so frustrating and really kills any drive I have.Hey, I'm not sure if you want my 2 cents buuttt ( ... )

Yeah, don't over do it!

I'm been hitting the same wall lately, but I'm trying to push through. Just keep working hard! The first 4 or so months I worked out this year I didn't loose any weight--but I did loose inches... sometimes I think that's why a trainer is worth it because even if you can't see the poundage loss, at least you can see the inches being lost and the body fat percentage going down.

I don't think I'm going to make my 15 pounds by Christmas... but I'm still trying :(
