I'm sitting at my desk. It's lunch time. The office is empty, but I'd already eaten the contents of the local sweetshop before 11am, so I've nothing to do. Hence, here is a photo.
5. MERLIN! Yes, that's right. I bought my DVDs in with me today. No one can see my screen from here, so I listen to episodes and commentaries while I'm at work. And sometimes I watch the extras on youtube. Oh, Merlin. Oh, two screens. How I love you both.
So, I read your fabulous LA AU this weekend, and now (damn you) I'm riven by the desire to make a vid in that world, full of glamorous clips of LA and Arthur and Merlin finding themselves in this glittering town, set to some funky bossa nova along the lines of the Buena Vista Social Club album. And I can't because there is no source material! *weeps*
I clearly really need to learn how to make very realistic looking cartoons of Arthur and Merlin.
Do you really just want me to fling myself at your feet, b/c I will. I mean any LA footage you can crib from Entourage, what? I'm just saying.
Okay, seriously just the fact that you want to do so makes me feel very lucky and touched. You know I have totally missed your artistic self. OMG! We're in the same fandom! ::makes incoherant squee noise::
I'm glad you liked Blaggers. I had a lot of fun (heaps, big loads, stupendous amounts) writing the story. I totally confess.
Oh, I loved it, and can so clearly imagine the vid I'd make, with yes, loads of footage stolen from Entourage. We'll just have to pray Colin and Bradley make loads of modern stuff as well as new Merlin, so I've got stuff to work with. *g*
