Our current tenants are vacating our condo at the end of December. As much as I wish we could just come home and live there, we can't. So! We're looking for new tenants as of January 1st-ish. Do you know anyone who might be interested?
This is a 4b, 2ba condo totaling around 1900 square feet in Somerville near Tufts. It spans 2 floors, with hardwood and tile downstairs and carpet upstairs. We have had the property professionally lead abated. There are 2 off-street parking spaces, a nice side yard, and all appliances in the kitchen have been upgraded to very nice stainless ones. New siding, doors, windows, etc. In-unit laundry included. Enclosed front porch and an open back porch, storage in the attic and a dry basement.
