I'm fed up of it. Its was bad most of the weekend. Saturday morning when I took M to Leeds I very nearly cancelled. But by the time we got home it wasn't so bad. We were walking through the park when I walked into a swarm of midges. Unfortunately I took a breath and ended up with a midge stuck in my wind pipe. I was coughing my guts up for the rest of the mile walk back home. And then M got a strop on because we didn't go into the play ground. M really wants to go to Leeds Armouries so I'll be taking him after I've had a shower. I'm not sure he realy knos what it is. This morning I can feel my BP is sky high. I'm in work but I think I might go home. You know when you bend double to tie your showelaces and your head feels likes its swelling up like a balloon. 2 nights with almost no computer use and I'm calmer already. Today my head doesn't feel full. Thats the best description I can give. It was feeling full of too much blood. I had my first night without going on the computer and instead relaxed infront of the telly , Well, not quite. Telly was just so bad it got me angry and frustrated.
