Gods above, Hermione. I was questioned today about everything and I feel so stupid. How could I not have known? She could die and it will be all my fault. Who thought I couldn't keep a secret? You'd think if it's a serious secret about your best friend and you knew letting it slip could get her killed you'd watch your mouth, but no! And no one will tell me ANYTHING about what's going on at all. I mean I know people are going to look for her, but do they even know why why she's been taken and -- ugh.
I couldn't tell anyone about how someone who could hurt her found out. Should I tell them about that stupid wretch Tracey Davis?
She is going to hate me forever if she has any forever left, isn't she? I mean it's just you and me who know, right? And you didn't do anything stupid, did you? Of course you didn't.
