I met my first group of Birch Hall residents tonight... and so the journey of being an RA begins. So far so good, I love them all. :)

I am in the middle of RA Training! Things are good overall - super long days, good food and good people. Oh, and I already have residents - ahhh! I haven't said hi yet though... lol

and now... sleep time

I currently:

do not have any essays due

do not have any exmas to write

do not have to go to work

(all until Sun. morning at 9:30)

ah... well, it was good well it lasted ;)

p.s. does anyone read this thing anymore? i want comments people. it makes me feel a tiny bit less like i'm just rambling on to myself...

I'm actually having fun studying right now. Learning about human rights law and listening to MRH songs...

Just thought I should mark the moment. :)

Exams. They make people do crazy things and minds wander in the most random of places. I don't feel stressed per se (odd, I know) just kind of going through the motions hoping that I'll get through everything on time. Wishing I wasn't locked in my room in the middle of yet another exam week.

Tonight was my last int'l law lecture and we discussed war crimes. Most of the cases we discussed were from the Nazi regime. I've had mixed feelings every time this came up in class (which was often). It made me want to read more and more. I also had to fight back tears.
