In 20ish years of menstruating, this is the first time I've ever bled through my "feminine protection". Thank god(s) I happened to go to the bathroom before I stained the barstool upon which I was perched, & got home soon enough to rinse the stains out of my kickin' chef pants before they had a chance to set. Didn't even have to use peroxide,

Are you going to the show in Jacksonville? I totally splurged on tickets as well. Because, yeah, ouch on the price but it's Tom Waits.

Yup! Very grateful to friends of mine who not only told me about the show, but jumped through the ridiculous Ticket Master hoops to get me a ticket (I've got no credit card of my own) & are going to give me a ride.

Tom friggin Waits, man! How awesome is this going to be?! :D

So sorry to hear of the loss of your ferret and Meatbunny. I used to enjoy your posts about her.

I so hear you about menstrual woes. Mine used to be horrible, as in wearing industrial strength protection and still have to sit on a towel so I don't stain the chair. I am glad it finally dried up. Started early, done early.
