I don't consider myself an ambitious person. Though this is, as is usually the case, a matter of definition. For example, I am a perfectionist, who wants to deliver good results. I know what you mean! I'm not that ambitious either, and I definitely want a book with my name on it. Even if it's just published by me. :D

This is kind of cool though. And I know what you mean about not having to be the best (work related) but just wanting to be happy.

I think it is more common for people of our generation to strive for happiness and have a work/life balance. It's a big contrast to the last few decades.
