I laughed so much at the "like 5893835 amazeball dresses" so much - man, that is so totally true, and also, where does he get them all anyway? Does he sit there and sew them himself? Order them obsessively from catalogues (no internet yet I guess but catalogues were a thing, right?) Does he spookily demand the poor costume designers at the opera make them for him - from behind a mirror, naturally - or he will kill them all? See, these are the things I care about.
Also, boners. I don't care if it doesn't go anywhere, this plot is totally a great idea! IS THAT A NEW LIBRETTO IN YOUR POCKET OR ARE YOU JUST HAPPY TO SEE ME? :D
