I found a house I really like in Clearfield. It seems do-able to me. I talked to Trin's mom Sherry and we're gonna go look at it tonight. Apparently there are three offers already on the house. So, Steve and I have to be aggressive but Sherry is aggressive too so I know if we really want it we can get it
