show up to the court date. most of the time the ticketing cop doesn't show up and the case gets dismissed.

If Neo is the club I'm thinking it is, it's down an alley. The building it occupies has some other store in the front and Neo's entrance is in the back. So because the building is on Clark it gets a Clark street address. The best way to get there on public trans is to take the Red Line to the Fullerton stop, get off and walk a few blocks east on Fullerton, turn right on Clark and nose around until you find it. I think it's the first or second alley down on the west side of the street.
