Returned home from work (where I passed final test to be admited to supervisor training), put first corned beef in slow cooker. Second corned beef will be oven roasted. I have a six pack of Guiness, a bottle of Jameson, and a bottle of Bush Mills. I have tommorrow off as a "personal holiday." I am f'in set!
