Malhavoc were one of the first industrial metal bands, if not the first. They established the "heavy guitars+distorted vocals+drum machine+synthesizers+samples" formula before Ministry did. Their career spanned the mid 80's and 90's, collapsing with a couple over-experimental albums that lost focus on the industrial metal sound. Basically, anyone who was a fan of the band was a fan of the first three albums, which were all straight industrial metal. Incidentally, Malhavoc are one of the prime influences on Seventh Image. I was a drooling fanboy of this band in high school.

I'm not familar with Malhavoc, what's the music like? Is it the metal or industrial, or something else?
