Well, the new baby is here, as of the morning of the 6th. He too, was like lightning in his arrival, so much so in fact, that I delivered him in the bathtub before the EMTs arrived. ALthough, to be honest, most of the credit is due Amber, who did all the hard stuff, I just distracted Peter, and caught Isaac when he launched out as if from a cannon ( Read more... )

In case anyone was curious as to how similar Peter and I are, he just stuck his fingers down his throat until he threw up, smiled joyously, and began alternating between growling and making monkey noises while waving his arms ecstatically above his head.

Peter took his first step on friday, I missed it, being at work, but apparently every time I stop looking he repeats the process. Otherwise, nothing much is going on, other then the recent opening of an indian restaurant near my house, allowing me to spend even more time trying to figure out what the hell is and isn't kosher.
