Finally! A Mantra that works!
Just keep repeating.
"It doesn't fucking matter."
Whatever it is, whether 'good' or 'bad', it doesn't fucking matter. This was modified from the mantra Bill Murray started chanting in the movie uh, "Meatballs" I think it was? He played a Counselor in Training at Northstar summer camp. At one point late in the film, he started chanting "It doesn't really matter." So I changed one word.
It's amazing the peace that comes over one when nothing matters any more.
