That Metallica comic is funny because it's true.

Scary how much Harry Potter seems to have borrowed from other stories. (But I still like it of course)

I saw the internet timeline once before. Anything that shows a bearded Al Gore always makes me laugh.

I've only listened to their new album once. It's as godawful as everything else they've done for the past decade. *sigh*

Yeah, me too. It reminded me of the "everything's been done, but that's ok" message in the "Simpsons Did It" episode of South Park.

I like that Homestarrunner is mentioned. Strong Bad's emails rule.

I really haven't listened to any Metallica since their black album. That was like 1991 or 1992. So, I can't say I'm totally surprised at how bad they sound now. What happened to the drums on the new album? They sound HORRIBLE. I can't believe they think that sounds good.

Agreed. "Bleeding Me" on Load continues to be the only track that I've liked since the black album.

The new Peter Pan looks and sounds awesome from everything I've seen and read so far. Jason Isaacs looks nearly as hot as he did as Lucious Lucius Malfoy -- I can't wait!

He looks infinitely better here than as a bleached blonde, imo! The first time I saw the trailer I didn't recognize him at all.

I like him with the blonde hair too but it's probably that whole Naughty Aryan thing for me (kind of like Ralph Fiennes in Schindler's List). He does look fab as Capt. Hook -- haven't seen the trailer yet though. Btw, he's also playing Mr. Darling (Wendy's father) so it sounds like Hogan is going for something slightly Freudian!
