Our trip kicks off with It, this weekend's two-day six-set Phish ( Read more... )

I'll definitely have more photos than I'll know what to do with. Thanks!

They tore the face off of Piper when they played it in Atlanta. I hope you get it. It's my favourite.

I AM SO JEALOUS, by the way. All I could think about on the way home from the Atlanta show was about how I only went to 2 shows and wanted to goto IT.

Lastly, I was at Big Cypress, too! :)

Sweet! Piper is SO much fun to see live.

Yeah, I'm going to fewer shows than I used to too. I'll have a full report on It when I return. :*)

Big Cypress was as memorable as it gets. That sunrise! Ahhh.

We'll have three people plus a week's worth of stuff in our car, so we'll have to strap you onto the roof.
You wouldn't mind that for 10-12 hours, would you?

I don't know how serious the question was, but I noticed a few things missing.

foam pad for under the sleeping bags. five bucks each at KMart? Keeps you off the ground (and warm, if the weather is cool).

utensils - I always go down my menu and picture everything I'll need to cook each item. And don't forget a can opener, if you have any cans (or you'll be using your swiss army knife for it).

rain coats

fire starters

film

but since you remembered your duct tape, I'd say you're in good shape

The question was completely serious, so thank you for your suggestions! They're much appreciated.
