I don't think you're being paranoid. I would call the doctor.

I did get your email! But, did you get my later email about coming to Baltimore earlier? I will have all day and all night free on the 10th. I didn't know for sure if there would be real time to hang out on the 11th, since I'd have to be at the airport around 6 pm.

So.......... hopefully you have nothing going on on the 10th! (Aside from work, etc.)

Sweetie-any medical practicioner will tell you if a mole changes at all to have it looked at. I always figure unless you are a serious paranoia case and freak at everything that if it means something to you-that it needs to mean something to your doctor too. Hugs!

I certainly hope I'm not a paranoia case, usually I'm the opposite. I'm going to try to go in early next week, just to make sure I'm okay and not letting my imagination get ahead of me. Thanks!

I don't know you to be a paranoid person which is why I say if something means something to you then it is worth a look since you do not strike me as a "oh I have a lump....ITS CANCER!!!!!" type person.

I've had sudden changes to moles that the doctor looked at and said there was absolutely no issue. It takes almost no effort to have it looked at, and it is usually not a problem, so why not just check and be sure? It is so much better to be safe and have it looked at than worry and stress over something that is probably not a problem. Besides, early detection of anything that could be amiss is the way to make it go away easily.

You're entirely right. It's not like it's going to be terrible just to get it checked out. I think I'll try to go next week. Thanks for your opinion :)
