Since no one is posting here I decided to whip up something to share with my fellow crack users. Note this story only portrays what I think an Alfonse Heiderich would be like.
Lake Kowatapee
Rating: R (can't write NC-17)
Pairings: Al/Ed/Hei
Summary: Alfonse literally stumbles across a beaten Edward. Out of the goodness of his heart he takes in the Edward, but where is the other Alphonse? Taken from the Heiderich's POV.

Little is really know about the rare legendary sub-species of Elric called "Heiderich." Many theorized that they were once as plentiful as their more common Alphonse counterparts, but due to their gentle nature were wiped-out during the industrial revolution. Well nearly wiped out that is. You see on the crisp, clean shores of Lake Kowatapee lives one Alfonse Heiderich.
To the north of the lake was the rocky mountain range. From that direction snaked down the dirt road leading to the now abandoned all girls' came just on the edge of the lake. In dusty cabin eight on the top most bed on the right hand side curled the sweet beastie. Since the Heiderich breed had unusually thin pelts they didn't last through the winters of the mountains, but this one got lucky. The leftover stock of blankets and other abandoned items managed to provide for the Heiderich during this particularly hard winter.
Giving a deep sigh Alfonse in its sleep before turning to face the wall. The very tip of his tail gave a flick just as a loud jet screamed overhead. The cheap window panes rattled as the jets screeched on past. Reason number two that this Heiderich was still around. The jets scared the crap out the other Alchemic animals, while the Alfonse loved their ear piercing noise. Alfonse gave a small smirk before sitting upright. Stretching over from tip to tail Alfonse light hopped off the top bunk onto the dusty floor. Time to search for some breakfast. Making his way past bunks nine thru twelve Alfonse found the berry bush he loved so much. Unlike their stronger relatives the Elrics, Heiderich animals were scavengers. Going in after a kill once in a great while to pick through the remains was all the meat they ever got. Most scientists theorized that they were Herbivores until an Alfonse was caught on tape going over a dead deer. On the rare occasion they ate bugs, but that was only when they we’re desperate.
Alfonse using his pelt as a basket he began gently plucking the little gems off the bush. Scuttling to the other side of bush for more he tripped over something big. The berries that weren’t squished by him were scattered across the forest floor. Snarling in frustration at his lost breakfast Alfonse leap to his feet to see what he tripped on. His threatening growls were cut short when he spotted the bloody Edward
