Awww, I like how the Alfons is more gentle and not as afraid of humans...could they have perhaps originally been created by humans running a breeding program, attempting to make pet Als? :)

Aw, I really love the background ideas you have for the heid, especially the gentle part. I like the detail about his pelts too, and the ingenuity of this character makes him very likeable right off the bat. :D

You could use a few commas, though; it's a bit hard to read without them. Also, thru is an abbreviation and not the real spelling of the word. :)

This phrase is really nice: "gently plucking the little gems off the bush." That's some nice metaphor right there. Good work! It'd be fun to see more. Plus, I can't wait to see what brought our little Ed there! :3
