it isn't a serious thing, there isn't actually a new colour.
it's just really well done

anyway the point Negativland was trying to make was that you can't believe everything on the internet.

in fact, try not to believe anything on the internet.

I particularily like the whole section on Squant photography in East Asia.

check out Negativland. they make for a supreme audio-collage of samples and statement. North America's Chumbawumba.
