Personality: Although Sealand would love to appear as a separate, independent country from England, he's still just a little kid. He loves causing trouble for England, especially putting him in difficult or embarrassing situations; often, he would throw a tantrum if he doesn't get his way. He is quite self-important and loves to boast, mostly about how he will definitely become a greater and better country than "the jerk England." Sometimes, he would even ask the random passer by how to become a great and awesome country, though he generally doesn't get much reliable advice from that. Even though he is extremely gullible, he is also stubborn as a mule. Despite this, he is generally easy to please and optimistic (as long as his size, how he is not a country, and "England is better than you" are left out of the equation).

You mentioned he's stubborn. Elaborate? List examples of him being stubborn, and you could probably turn this into a paragraph all by itself. In fact, list examples for the other qualities you listed in him, too.
